Last month we showed you how to do yourself a favor and use the new and improved Seek And Find Bulletin Widget to have your bulletin updated on your Web site, automatically, every week (for details, visit the Seek And Find FIVE archives). So now this month, do a favor for all the advertisers who support your publication, and add the Seek And Find Advertiser Widget to your site. The Advertiser widget allows you to display a listing of all the businesses that support your publication, organized alphabetically or by business category. (NOTE: Please be aware that some knowledge of HTML will be necessary to implement this feature; we recommend that you have your webmaster implement the widget.) 1. First, log in to Seek And Find (if you've forgotten your password, click here). 2. Click on the “Edit my profile / listings” link. 3. Click on the My Listings tab. The organization you are the owner of will display:
 4. In the column, Display HTML Widgets on Your Site, click on the link to the Advertiser Widget. Here you can customize your widget using the field options (For more information on customizing the widget, check out this FAQ): 5. Click the Get the Code button and copy the code you see in the pop-up box. 6. Paste this code into your Web site’s HTML source code in the section where you want the widget to show. 7. Your supporters will now show on your Web site! Adding the widget increases the businesses' online exposure, giving them more value for their ad now, and giving them more reason to continue supporting your community in the future. Plus, having the businesses listed right on your Web page strengthens the relationship between your church and the local businesses that support you. To see a great example of the Advertiser Widget in action, check out the Web site of St. Joseph's in Baraboo, WI—they've used both the Bulletin and the Advertiser widget on their site to great effect.
