Advanced Vision Care

Overall, I have had a poor experience with Advanced Vision Care. Though the doctors may be sufficient, the technicians are far from nice and caring. My last visit, I was greeted with a Technician who was far from friendly with me when using the measuring equipment. They also are not helpful when it comes to buying a product such as glasses or contacts from another company. I am currently buying my glasses and contacts from another company and they refuse to give over any information besides the prescription. Coming from my point of view after owning and operating a business for 7 years, I have failed to see how they take care of their clients. They should be going above and beyond to work with their clients and assure them that they are taken care of.
