Do NOT let this company or any builder with the name of Haman or anything similar in the souther WI area build your home! We did. Biggest mistake EVER! They do POOR work. Their contractors do poor work. Now that they went bankrupt they are almost unreachable. Some phone #'s disconnected, don't return msgs, took us over a month to get a return call or email. When they did come to do work, it was done POORLY!! Looks like CRAP! And our house is only 9 months old..and these problems have been since day 1! 3 screens had holes. one wall in kitchen had wires crossed so no outlets worked cuz installed improperly. Only put one coat of paint on front entry door and frame so could see through it. Can see thru door frames if someone is in a room with door closed and lite on you can see there movement through the frame, bathroom floor is crooked, wall is crooked, kitchen floor had to have repairs 4 times, lite fixtures rusted, carpet is coming apart, energy efficient home w/monthly bills over $250. That's keeping thermostat @ 64. Too many problems to list. Finding out we are not alone! Most in our new subdivision are having issues. Now they went bankrupt and are starting new business under name of Haman? or similar. STAY AWAY! Poor work and VERY poor customer service.
