I Have found Richard to be very helpful, not only in sharing his expertise, but reminding me that it is always better to show a prospect than to tell them. The method of engaging the prospect in conversing about themselves and their businesses has already shown results and the tips over how to improve a presentation have have been very helpful. Working with Rich the week of 8/22/2011 has helped me tremendously both personally and professionally. I learned some very positive and useful techniques that has already started benefiting me in my sales approach. He was very patient, kind and professional with me during our work week together and has shown me several ways of initiating a sales conversation, approach and the closing of a sale faster and with much better results. During my initial tenure with LPI from 2004-2007, I felt I was successful, averaging close to $4,000 in sales on a weekly basis. However, what I`ve learned and continue to learn from Rich will give me a much better opportunity to close more sales and even bigger size ad sales.. THANK YOU, Rich!! You have been such a blessing and a pleasure to work with and I hope we have the opportunity to work together again real soon!!

It has been a great benefit to work with Richard this year. He has inspired me to use the top down selling method and I have been successful with that method. I will not present anything else but that to potential advertisers along with "Full Color" advertisements. I look forward to working with him in the future and to apply other ideas he may present to me.

I spoke with Richard last week about placing an ad in a Liturgical bulletin for my painting business. He was prompt in responding about the specifics of an ad including cost. He followed up with a call and helped me to determine which would be the best parish for me to advertise and was very clear about the benifits of what the ad could do including the web site that is part of the sevice. I was hesitant at first of placing the ad due to cost but I believe that he helped me in making a sound decision without the "saleman pressure" in his approach. I am giving a 5 raitng which I beileve is the highest.

Consider this as a RAVE review for both Richard and all of LPi! Having struggled for the past two years with another publisher, it has been truly awesome to work with this company. Richard was with us in the parish for two weeks, and worked very hard, very professionally, and very graciously to bring us up to date.
