I'm using Internet Explorer and clicking Logout isn't working!

Answer

In Windows go to Control Panel --> Internet Options and click the Delete button in the Browsing History section. On the top of the screen that comes up is an option titled "Preserve Favorites website data". Uncheck that and hit OK. Then try logging out again.
